i'll be looking forward to the official ob18 draft big board - FlyerMike18
Wasn't putting one together, this is more so I can have a better idea of their games and not always look at others rankings. |

Just to reply on what Buzzo posted. I didn't quote it because it was long. But I know what stress does to me, in my profession. I don't perform well when under a large amount of stress. It kinda paralyzes my ability to perform, and to be efficient. I think this is a big problem with the Flyers. They got off to a bad start and never recovered from it. The more they tried, the harder they tried, the worse it got. That just saps the energy out of you. And cause a sort of malaise and fatigue. And takes away your desire. I posted before it's like there is a virus running through this team. And they can't get rid of it. We can debate the reasons of why this happened. I have my theories. Others have theirs. Probably doesn't matter now. I don't believe this team lacks heart, or is soft, or lacks the ability to compete. They play that way a lot for sure. But I don't believe that is this team's makeup. I feel that it is there, but it just has to be brought out. We can debate how to do that, and what needs to be done to do that. But that's how I see this team. And for me personally, the future of this team is still great in my opinion. Just need to get past his year. Salvage what you can form it. Make whatever moves are going to be made. It can only go up from here. - MJL
TLDR: I can't handle stress because I'm weak

jagr's on the brink of a milestone and leads the stars with 14 goals and 25 points. yep, it was a mistake to let him walk.
noseburn's out, and meszy is done for the year. cripes, it's amazing how our D corps simply CAN NOT stay healthy year in and year out. i just don't get it.
we need a sighing emoticon. - hammarby31

Nah, I don't get the chance to watch the top kids in Europe and only so much of the WHL due to the times of the games. |

You should feel shame with that bowling game. - ob18
It was so, so bad. I couldn't help but share. I simply can't break 100 yet. Someday, I'll be a passable bowler.

He didn't land here, thus a reason for trolls to take more potshots at the Flyers. |

@TSNBobMcKenzie: Univ of Minnesota UFA D Nate Schmidt is now available to NHL teams after Gophers were eliminated by Yale today. Considerable interest. |

... and i'm sure it would've been "pathetic that we all think some college kid is gonna be their savior" or something like that if they had signed him |

If Kimmo is indeed playing with plantar facitis, doesn't he have to be shut down before the end of the season? Realistically, the organization probably wouldn't do it before they were mathimatically elimiinated, but it really should be earlier then that occurrence.
Also, I think it is time to get Heeter up here soon. I wouldn't mind seeing him go against the Caps, but probably isn't going to happen. |

What is involved with the rehab in that? Any surgery? |

Inflammation, so in emergency case they could probably just go for a cortisone shot.
I remember Kimmo having clot issues in his foot before, so it should be watched a little bit closer. |
