i'm not female doging. it's an observation. big difference. the team played well today, and i enjoyed the win, especially against the bruins, who probably thought today would be a cake walk. - hammarby31
Yep they certainly waltzed in like they expected to just show up and win, again Rask 2 goals on 12 shots showing his lack of mental toughness, 'ruins could very well be gone after round one if they even make the play offs at this rate. |

Pretty sad effort (if you wanna call it that) from the 'ruins, gratz on the win. - Rayven
Not much offense from the Bs. |

combination of Bruins (rightfully) not respecting the Flyers, and the Flyers happening to play one of their better games in recent weeks. |

I refuse to buy into the "lose for top 3 pick", I don't think that is beneficial in any way for this young team. Regardless of the top 3 pick, which would be nice, I think you benefit more going on a nice little streak and start playing well and ending up with a 7th-9th pick. - GirouxForTheShow
as long as they compete well, cause the rest doesn't matter to me. i think lavi's getting canned. |

Yeah, clearly an off game for the B's. Flyers did enough to get the win, but there are still a lot of areas in which they need to do better. B's play like they can, and Flyers play the same game they did today, and the final score is likely much different. Still, at this point any win is a good win and I'll take it. |

How was the Great Dane? (guessing not so great) A penalty on your first shift by looking at the scoreboard? You can't make that poop up
Hopefully the Flyers discovered something with the kid |

Snider making some interesting comments right now.
Laviolette is a good coach, I generally prefer his system to say a Ken Hitchcocks. I think being aggressive and keeping the play in the offensive zone wears a team down and limits opposition scoring chances. I would like to see a little more attention to decision making with the 3rd forward high. Do I think he is getting canned? I don't know. But some minor tweaks to this system, some minor personnel tweaks, and this team is not far from being a contender. |

If he re-signs, it's a 7th. If he doesn't, no pick. I believe |

well, when he says that they needed to make tweaks, but couldn't cause they had no training camp, unlike NJ who didn't need to make any...i dunno.
i'm in the camp that feels a change is needed. they didn't have to be this bad and the team has been trailing the play all yr. i give more weighting to homer and his wretched off season. |
