Damn diddn't realize the game was on. Just missed it. Damn it. Hey any thoughts to trying to pick Kaberle off of waivers? If Coburn is out for the season and LTIR, that could work. |

We aren't making the playoffs. No need to replace Coburn.
And Kaberle has a horrible contract. And if you thought people complained about Carle... |

Flyers get a number one defender, and lessen the roles of Meszaros and Coburn. They will actually not look like they suck again. |

You responded to my post about Kaberle sucking and we don't need him talking about adding number 1 D man this team. |

Thoughts on Lauridsen (and the game):
He's big.
Skates a bit better the I expected but still not fast.
He looked shaky with the puck a few times, but it was his first game.
He had some good moments, got a shot or two through, took his man well most of the time, didn't look completely out of place for the most part.
I thought Luke Schenn did a great job paring up with him except one bad pass.
Luke had good poise and moved the puck forward most of the game.
Knuble set a great example for them today, and I noticed a lot of the forwards following his example.
Bryz was outstanding.
The Bruins did not play their A game, they were sloppy with the puck and tried to turn the switch on too late in the game. Reminded of another team I watch a lot. |

I almost left after the second because my sinus is killing me. I even had to blow off my aunt & uncle in the parking lot so I could get home.
I want to credit the worst headache I've ever had and the medicine for inspiring my prediction today.
More seriously, I think Anthony San Filippo's article from yesterday will come true: the Flyers win tomorrow, the Isles & Rangers lose and boom! 2 points out of the playoffs with 13 to go.
Far-fetched, I know, but I like the dramatic fashion it could take.
Everyone enjoy the rest of your Holy Saturday. I'm off to nap this off, I hope.
