Edit: I think you're right about Meszaros. But not about Pronger. Pronger, Shelley, and Walker were all placed on LTIR retroactively on Feb 23rd.

Because had they be on LTIR Flyers would have quite a bit more on cap space...Also I have no record of them being put on LTIR so you have to assume they are not. Mez and Pronger are on IR not LTIR...And what are you basing your knowledge that they are on LTIR?
