Yeah, but he probably could have sued and made it a mess.
Not sure who the Astros guy is, but I doubt he's making a ton of cash.
The Rutgers coach and AD should both be fired. The coach for being a jackass and the AD for sweeping numerous complaints against him under the cover. - Jsaquella
Yup. It's easier for NBC to keep him on the air then deal with it I guess. I'm surprised there wasn't more of a backlash with Milbury.
The problem with the AD being fired is, he and the school president made a joint decision after reviewing the tape not to fire the coach (Mike Rice) back in December. Not sure who can fire the School President, but all three should be fired.

I was unaware that the president was involved. In that case it has to go before the trustees.

I would think so. After seeing that tape I'm shocked none of the players stood up to him. How could those players take that physical abuse? When I was 19 and someone was kicking me, pushing me and whizzing basketballs at my head, I don't care what authority that person had, we would be fighting.

I'd be thinking about the free college tuition I was getting and wait until I had a tape recorder in place, then I'd get his ass fired.
