That's just flat out wrong. Pominville led the team in scoring last year. Pominville is the captain. Ott has not led to a better Win loss record since being here. He is an awesome fun to watch 3rd liner that is probably my favorite player right now

Are you forgetting you brought Myers up? You can't answer the main question though, who is more important to the Sabres? Myers or Weber?

Myers is right now but he won't be soon enough with his habitual poopty play.
His contract and Darcy pre ejaculating on Myers is why he is more important.
And if

I think we are all seeing what Myers is. Too long to be just some type of fluke stretch of horrid play.

Pommer is important because of his value! Pominville may not be a great captain but he is a much more skilled player then ott.

Im not over rating him. Its basic logic. Ott is more effective doing his job than Pommer is doing his. They have 2 totally different jobs. I didnt say Ott was a better player or more skilled. Pommer has and always will have more skill. Problem is he isnt doing his job. Which makes Ott more valueable to the Sabres because he actually does his job.

On a trade market Pommer gets you way more. On the ice Ott gives more to the Sabres right now

And Weber's minus -19 last year compared to Myers +5? Is that because Weber didn't have heart or drive last year? Or is it because one is just way more talented than the other?

Id rather have Weber and trade Myers his play has been one of the reasons where not in the playoffs again.Some people are willing to wait like with Tim Connolly year after year me I want to win now potential means nothing to me.

Again that's just false. If it was just a decline from his rookie year I would agree with you. But he had a sophmore slump, then was our best player in the Flyers series (alot of people agree). Then had a bad start last year, but ended up our best defenseman down the stretch when we almost made the playoffs. It's a consistency issue, not talent.
