Oh it's definitely (frank)ed. They never should have rushed into the Bryzgalov deal. They should have said, we got a keeper in Bob, got a solid veteran to mentor him, and had him split time and learn.
- Jsaquella

Agreed. Flyers had been hoping for a legit goalie prospect for years, and when they got one, they blew it. Very disappointing. It's not a good feeling wondering who your #1 and #2 goalie will be every year.

Yes, they did. I believe they're going up also. There's something about new DVR costs or something in the early bird invoice.

I got free passes to Universal and hated it as much as I hated Disney. Just a cash cow. Overcharging for bad food, long lines, too many people and God help you if your kid sees a souvenir

Cheer up. Dont hate on Disney yo'

They bid against themselves. Both Vokoun and Bryz were available and we all know what happened. I don't mind this trade for Mason, doesn't rectify the past, but I like the move.

Did your tickets go up this year? I know a few STH's that saw an increase. Perhaps that is how they paid for it?
- Jsaquella

My point was Flyers fans are the ones paying for the bad contracts whether it is ticket prices or cable bills. From what I've seen its the cable bill thats gone up way more than tickets.

Well, Bob had a very good month...almost as good as Bryz's March from last year

Oh, so you have a cable bill? Direct TV not cutting it?

I guess the coach has made some adjustments with his new blueline. Keep him?
- stveshdy

He definitely has made some adjustments. Probably too little, too late.

But apart from that, the rides were a lot better and the crowds smaller - especially at Islands of Adventure. Loved that place.

Switched to DirecTV with the NHL holdout. No point in keeping CSN if there were no Flyers games and I wasn't going to pay a premium to watch the Sixers...

You might be correct. I'm not sure what the organization will decide to do with the coach and seasons end.

I wish they had kept Bob as well, but I won't be wondering who the 1 and 2 are... Bryz is the 1 and hopefully Mason the 2..

When I meant legitimate, I didn't mean Vezina worthy, I just meant better than Leighton.

Yeah, definitely less crowded. I'm not a ride guy. Used to love them, but now, I just can't be bothered.

I enjoy fishing too much.

Officially 4 points back from 7th place, no games in hand.

Confirmed, if the Flyers win out they are guaranteed in.

For one year at most, and then we'll see what happens. Unless they project Mason as the backup of the future.

Go figure, give Gervais more minutes and responsibility and he plays a lot better.

Tickets up 21% before last season, raised again this year.

Cable rates might rise into the low double digits in 2013
