Side note: If you liked the soundtrack, there is a remixed version called Tron Reconfigured, it's marvelous if you're into that genre. - aosplayo
I've listened to it quite often via my Rhapsody account. |

My wife was going through their documentation the other night and said, "It's amazing how many of these cause dizziness and excitability." - Flyskippy

I watched Lauridsen quite a bit last night, and agree with Bill's assessment. He looked a bit lost a few times, but he shows promise if he can improve his skating and decision making. I hope the organ-EYE-zation is patient with him. - Tartan69
He looks, doesn't play like, but looks like a young Chris Pronger out there. Similar in size and mannerisms out there. Time will tell if he'll turn into a Pronger-type of player lol |

Had to chuckle during the post game interview with Simmonds last night. That cut above his lip needed stitches and he's out doing interviews. Love it !! Don Cherry will be all over that on Coaches Corner on Saturday Night. Good Ole Canadian Boy right there for ya !!! |

I really hope so.. I like him. Many many good defensemen weren't drafted high at all.. I think he wasn't even drafted, but same thing applies. He wasn't touted to be a superstar, but I can hope! |

And wtf has happened to Gervais?
He has turned into a good defenseman the last three games. - Marc D
I'll tell you what has happened. The team around him has played better, and more responsible defensively. And all of a sudden a player like Gervais looks a lot better. Doesn't mean there still won't be some bad games or some lapses. But Gervais is not the stiff he's been labeled as. |

Anyone else notice how much the gap between NHL and AHL players has closed in the last ten years? |

Anybody else starting to get that were this a regular season we'd still have more than enough games on hand to turn this around and make the playoffs? We are a hot/cold team (as a lot of young teams are) and we have always had hot and cold streaks throughout the year. |

Yep, short season's gonna screw us some. But it will other teams as well. Let's just grimace through it and come out swingin next season. |

So you're thinking this was just a 33 game cold streak? |

No, it was just Coburn in the lineup. |

lol, we'll see. Clearly he isn't projected to be anything even close to Pronger, but I like his size and slight toughness he seems to exhibit. Given coaching from a Pronger or Hatcher, he could develop into a good big D for us, I hope. |

Yeah, I mean he wasn't projected to be a star in the NHL, but a good potential top 6 guy who can add depth and size to a team. I say get Hatcher and Pronger on the ice with him and teach him how to really use his skills and size to his advantage. |

GO, CORE! SCORE SOME MORE AND MAKE IT FOUR!
I think Luke Schenn nets a hatty tonight. Yes, you read that right. - Flyskippy
I'd love to see Luke pot one tonight in a win. He got clowned pretty good up there when JvR turnstile'd him earlier this year. It'd be nice to see Luke get a little revenge. |
