I watched the Leafs feed, and it was not clear the he actually held the stick. The basis announcers said he did, but this was not supported by the video. I just saw the TSN Video (which I believe was the same as the Leafs feed) and that was not clear that he held the stick... Video that you're watching? It is clear that their was contact and that Hall and Reimers sticks were tied up, but no evidence of holding. It doesn't appear that Halls hands come off his own stick.
