No way. I'm gonna be like a Gorilla who has been taunted behind the glass at the zoo and he finally breaks out. I can't wait!!! I'll be suspended more times then Steve Howe during his playing days - Vukota

Yeah, that's why they're the only Philly team I hate- because the Eagles and Phillies followers understand when their team sucks, and will give them a harder time than anyone else's fans or press will. The Flyers fans and the press who covers them always pretend that their sh*t team that hasn't won a Cup since Gerald Ford was the President is the greatest, and if they lose, it's because they didn't try hard enough or the refs f***ed them (especially the latter- some announcers can be obnoxious about their team, but these guys are the only ones who spend 60 minutes perpetually crying over the officiating- I'd rather listen to a jackhammer while watching a game than hear one word from Jim Jackson, or whatever his name is). Injuries are also no excuse....for anyone but them. It's kind of like if the Yankees played hockey....except adding the idea that these "Yankees" never win anything, ever.... - dcb1

Yeah... I submitted Jim Jackson as the most biased announcer in hockey. Him and Coates kill me |

Speaking of Rangers radio. I was in the car with my buddy friday night listening to the game when Nash scored and that fat chump Maloney yells Roof there it is. I almost jumped out of the car on the expressway going 80 mph. Suck a facking tool!!! - Vukota

I know you're probably kidding....but seriously, my issue would be access- I live in NJ, and I work in PA, so I can't attend enough games to make any access possible. That said, I think it would be cool if we all took our shot at giving our perspective on what's happening, from time to time. I don't dislike our blogger as much as some of you do, but I will admit she basically writes a blog that would appeal more to her own gender most of the time, which is where I think she fails with most of those who post here.
Personally, I would be more like "father a*shole" than "mother hen"...I am a hard a$s about work ethic and defense, and I don't "feel sorry" for anyone unless they have a situation like Visnovsky did earlier in the season (and wouldn't THAT have been nice if our management let us in on that little tidbit BEFORE we all started killing the guy over it....but I digress). I already have friends. I wouldn't care if they "like" me; I just want them to win. Basically, I live by the Howard Stern philosophy- I break my own ball$, so I'm not sparing anyone else, either.
PS- We seem to be in luck, so far....the Loafs seem to have dragged the rag$ into their pond hockey, which is the one thing you don't want when you play them. You need to shut them down- hopefully they won't figure it out, but I think Tortorella might have a few choice words for them after the period. If we only had a coach who knew how to do that...we'd have six more points, at the very least... |

Yeah, it sucks that you have to purchase Sirius/XM to hear your own team play on the radio....even if you live 15 minutes from the Coliseum. Hopefully, once they move to Brooklyn, our radio broadcasts will no longer be a college internship program. Chris King deserves better than that. |
