1) make regulation wins worth 3 points
2) make OT longer by at least 5 minutes so the skills competition doesnt decide the playoffs (which it will) OR just play till someone wins...

Instead of 3 points for regulation wins, all they need to do is get rid of the loser point. If you lose, whether it be OT or shootout, you shouldn't get a point.

Or don't give an extra point for shootout wins, it'll make teams play harder in OT. I think you'd have to make OT longer though, probably 10 minutes.

1. 4 on 4 for 5 minutes

2. 3 on 3 until somebody scores (no line changes allowed)


Shootouts are a joke. Can you imagine a baseball game being decided by a home run contest after 11 innings or a basketball game being decided by a 3 point shooting contest after an OT??

Jan Levine, the Rag$ blogger, writes excellent blogs and he only posts once every 2-3 days. We dont need Martha Stuart putting up garbage blogs on a daily basis. She should stick to baking muffins and doing laundry.

It's all relative. I guess it depends on what you find humorous?

I would say we make it a weekly mystery blogger....someone can be in charge of naming that weeks blogger, send a sercret PM saying "You've got it next week", and they do it under Racer X or whatever. Then that selected blogger picks the next guy via PM.

Hell, if nothing else it would be fun to figure out who wrote it...
