Totally agree with you on the choke last season. The wheels started to come off and then it was over. No run support, that's the biggest problem. Pitching wise and defensivley, they're good. Just have to get the bats going to give some support and get a cusion.

Yeah they do tend to go on and on. I play guitar so I love Blackmore's solos. But even to me they go too long. I can imagine what is like to all the fans that don't play an instrument.

Burls is back...he left the wife, kids and his pit bulls in the U.S. since Ontario has a ban on pit bulls after some maulings.

Don't think I've heard of him. But I notice he worked with Whitesnake and Dio. Bet he is a huge Blackmore fan. That reminds me of Yngwie, a huge Blackmore fan who worked with a few ex-blackmore bandmates. To work with dio and whitesnake aldrich must be really good, though

Aldrich started out in an old LA Band called Lion back in the 80's and the moved to another LA Band called Hurricane which was made up of a bunch of session players and Kelly Hansen who is now the singer for Foreigner.....bounced around a lot and did some great work with Dio and Whitesnake....there is also some good independent stuff out there as well. Great tone...
