According to the agency representing Petr Straka (Octogon), the #Flyers won out over 11 other #NHL teams in signing Straka.

Ok, so with a Cap increase and 4 1st round picks there has to be a way to solidify the Defense. I believe it can be done for less, but it sounds like you're will to spend at least that much to get it done.
