Those two losses before this two game win streak pretty much sealed the deal. Now all we are doing is franking up the draft spot.

He played 2 games against teams below us in the standings, who clearly werent motivated enough to even show and make things interesting. Take a look at the difficulty scale: [-0-[1]-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10]

Enroth stones the Flyers and Lightning 2 teams who are both clearly going on the path we should be going on, freaking ridiculous, Enroth would have looked as bad as Miller agains the Habs last week.

Yeah but he didn't play the whole game so a little hard to judge, not that I am trying to defend Miller in any way!

Still he has played 2 very weak teams and the last period of the Habs game.

I reckon he is being show-cased, I think both Miller/Enroth are probably gone end of the year, Miller definitely, Enroth possibly will stay.

I dunno, I guess I can't really complain that these guys are doing their damnedest (except that it took too long to get to this point...). And it's not like they're gonna purposely lose to get a better draft pick.... that's honestly a low class move that the players wouldn't even put up with.

It doesn't matter though, we have the assets to make a move in the draft. If we really want to get a top 3 pick there are plenty of things we can trade to get one.

I'm looking forward to the AHL playoffs this year. It's a closer drive for me and good tickets are cheap as all hell. I'm really looking forward to seeing who they have on the playoff roster with the Sabres surely out of it.

I'm actually curious to see who does go back down to play in Rochester. Hodgeson, Flynn, Foligno, Adam, Porter, and Pysyk are all on Two-Way contracts (though I doubt we see all of them go back down).

i would guess flynn, porter, adam and pysyk would go back down and that is it.. doubt they would feel there was a benefit to sending hodge and Foligno
