The age part is true but this "agreement" might have some over the top ruling... Kea is playing with Rochester because his CHL league is done but he is only 19 and has to report back to the CHL to begin next season since he doens't turn 20 until January.

Grigs can go to Rochester after his playoffs end for this season only. Then he has to either go to juniors or the Sabres next season. The 20 year old rule will still apply next season.
