more than Leduc/Scheistel/Crawford...yes. Ruhdewel isn't just some slouch D-man. Part of the reason he went un drafted was the fact that he played junior hockey in san diego...not exactly a hockey hotbed. The guy was pretty good for u-mass lowell and has a much higher ceiling than any of the guys left in rochester (excluding Mcnabb but he's not up cuz of injuries.)

No I mean actual junior, non adult 16-18 yrs old kind of hockey. He played those years in san diego and then left for the USHL and at that point I believe he was no longer draft eligible so he went to college.

You're draft eligible until you're 20 years old. So the 2 years he was in Sioux Falls he was still eligible.
