What's funny is I was hoping Hagg would fall and the Flyers would trade up from high in the second. Never works the way I want it to anyway. My greatest disappointment was I wanted Todd Heap over Freddie Mitchell. Just knew Chad Lewis was on his way down.

I'm thinking trade the first round pick for a marginal defenseman who impresses over a 7-game span. Then package said defenseman with another former 1st round pick for an upgrade at defense.

2008 Conference Semifinals Game (I think) 4. Flyers scored, and as Kimmo skated away, Kostopulous swallowed his tough pills and punched him in the back of the head. Clear ballsy win.

Also, if we're going with former players, Roman Vopat. Most memorable fight was when he fought Barnaby, and Barnaby thought so little that he just yelled at the Flyers bench the whole fight because he knew Vopat was a joke.

I just don't think we're going to be able to trade for a similarly skilled defenseman as one we can draft this year, so I want D...so stop pushing for O.

If they're picking 7th, they can grab Nurse or Ristolainen.

There's almost no way I can be upset where they pick. I like every prospect that could be likely to take in the top 15

over the course of the entire season, not good enuf...this pretty much sums it up, so go argue w/ Bill...

It's an old blog, and I stated my opinion on that in that blog. Lehtonen doesn't play on the Flyers, just as Price doesn't. But Bryzgalov does. I also don't need to have someone else validate my opinion. I can stand alone with my opinion, and I can back it up.

He was a TO machine earlier, but he really is playing very well. He really hits like a freight train. Definately a core piece. I have a felling though if the Flyers go Forward his brother might be trade bait.

Yah... Those first 4 releases are just so amazing.. I would have given anything to see Pink Floyd in their prime (Gilmour Era) ..David Gilmour has a voice that never gets old to me. Then with the magic he and Waters created..Just awesome.
