I'm sure I'll feel stupid after the explanation, but I'm not coming up with 'TMJ'...

Temporomandibular Joint

The shock goes up the jaw into the jaw joint and into the brain. Not good.

Lindros, it's been so long I've forgotten just how f'n good he was.

In 1998, Lindros, only 25 years old, was ranked number 54 on The Hockey News' list of the 100 Greatest Hockey Players of all time. The only player of comparable age was No. 37-ranked Jaromir Jagr, who was 26 at the time.

Career achievements

4th fastest player in NHL history to score 300 points (210 GP) behind Wayne Gretzky (159), Mario Lemieux (186) & Peter Stastny (186)
4th fastest player in NHL history to score 400 points (277 GP) behind Wayne Gretzky (197), Mario Lemieux (240) & Peter Stastny (247)
5th fastest player in NHL history to score 500 points (352 GP) behind Wayne Gretzky (234), Mario Lemieux (287) & Peter Stastny (322) & Mike Bossy (349)
6th fastest player in NHL history to score 600 points (429 GP) behind Wayne Gretzky (273), Mario Lemieux (323) & Peter Stastny (394), Mike Bossy (400) & Jari Kurri (419)

Got it. Likely what dazed Huskins. But it's funny, apparently Crosby isn't suffering from a concussion after having his jaw broken. Unpredictable.

Regardless, please dumb it down next time Dr Skippy.

Thank you for ending my pointless Internet search. I was ready to posit you meant Thee Michael (Kim) Jordan (Johnson) but really didn't want to.

It could have been some obscure Johnson reference from Blazing Saddles, knowing Skip.

It's the direction. Think of why boxing uppercuts can be devastating. Crosby took the puck to the front of the chin. Huskins, Lindros, & I believe Primeau took one on the underside of the chin/jaw.

Eagles lack talent IMO. They really need to embrace best available. The defense is just so bad it's going to take time to build it back up. They need Dline, LBs and secondary as well as a QB.
- jstross

No question about that. They lack talent for sure. Especially on the defensive side of the ball. And they need some better WR's also.

WTF got into the Habs tonight?
No defense, leaky goalie, and a lot of bad penalties?
I'm jumping off their bandwagon, jeebus that was a joke.

Liked Hartnell's lack of celebration after the hattie.

She said his line changes were lazy. How is it not true? How does it show bias?
- Flyskippy

I read it Skip. Because his line changes weren't lazy. There was nothing lazy about his game. It is fabricated.

The entire +/- for that game is (frank)ed. Jake was atleast a +4. Maybe even +5.
and ya i wish...
All we need to happen is win 6 straight games and for NYI to lose Tavares and Nabby...

- FLYERSROCK!

Voracek was on the ice for 2 Flyers goals scored at ES. And he was not on the ice for any ES goals scored by Montreal. Therefore, he is a +2.

Huh. And I've been in an elevator with two of those guys (Lindros and Stastny). (Maybe even same elevator...Harbor Castle...not same trip.)
