becuase a guy was laying on the ground and they weren't running away they were running towards the finish at the same pace. check the vid.

it's possible that runners are not checking twitter as they run and have no clue what happened.

edit: poop we're sitting in front of computers with steady access to all media and we don't know what the (frank) happened.
