the team loses a player per game due to injury, and the season has been horrific from start to finish. tonight, they lose 2, to dirty, cheap, unnecessary head shots/blind side hits. no need for that.

Agreed for White's hit, but Galchenyuk's was shoulder-to-shoulder, even though Fedotenko was kinda vulnerable. The puck was there.

He is just going through the motions. He was good or average all season. So much the his stats are the same as last year when they finished dead last.

I am aware that he can't be a saviour, but at over 6millionper season I expect more than a middle of the pack goaltender.

I can agree with this. I laid that TO egg on his doorstep and I agree he's been middling but he's made some great saves tonight and the other 21 guys shat the bed...with the exception of maybe Ryder. Guys Like Gionta get a pass. (frank) him first and foremost. He's the captain and he has been sucking the hind tit all season. Pacioretty Desharnais Boullion Gorges Moen These are the guys that should be buying dinner.

I'm not 100% sure the hit on Fedetenko should have even been a penalty. It was borderline as the puck was there and from one or two angles it looked like it was from the side. A dangerous hit but I am not sure it was illegal.
