Hartnell, like a lot of other players in this league, has had more than his share of questionable hits. No doubt.
But again, I was referencing tonight's game. Not sure why Hartnell's past has anything to do with it. But, feel free to bring up the 1970's if you want to.
- FlyerGuy
Hartnell played in the 70s? What about Rosehill or Lauridsen? Come on let it go. White was silly but other than that it was frustration and not outside of anything you've seen on a regular basis. |

At least Moen tried to fight Simmond with 1 min left to play. He just proved his worth for another year. |

the point I was trying to make, and maybe I didn't make it too clearly, was that I want the Habs to be gritty going into the playoffs ... not chippy.
I hope tonight wasn't an example of how they will respond to a more physical team, and just maybe it was a game that got away and frustration rose to the top.
for the record, I hope you guys get to the final. |

If Darche could of skated fast enough to catch him, maybe. Then again he probably would of left in an ambulance. |

Montreal doesn't play gritty. They get bounced around until the D scores. |
