According to Servalli... we also lost Feds last night as well. It was John Druce's phantom who finished the game in that #26 jersey...

Wasn't it at the Leafs game Luke took the puck to the visor and blood went everywhere? Could have been much much worse.
Then he took the deflection from the mouth and the puck got stuck under his visor the very next game?

Edmonton could use a guy like Hartnell, but I don't think they'd be willing to trade a guy like Justin Schultz (a Flyers need) to get him.

Otherwise, both teams are looking for defensive upgrades.

The best part is, the Flyers got 1 minute of power play time out of it, because the refs were so aggressive to make sure to even it up after Foster came to the defense of his teammate.

They really need to re-do the instigator rule. The "fight" after the hit was instigated because of the illegal elbow.

It was instigation with a shield that was the 2 mins. It's a fairly new rule and players who don't usually fight aren't really thinking about it.

2011 Winter Classic. As the second period ended, Beagle skated up behind Crosby and took a shot at him when no one was looking. Next game was against TB when the Hedman hit made him shut it down, but the Beagle hit was what caused it.
