The only thing I would say is hemp was used for paper.. and there is no THC in hemp which is essentially what makes marijuana what it is. Hemp was banned so long ago that people don't even remember why. Hemp is illegal in the US.. and they actually get their hemp from other countries like Canada. However, it is very controlled in Canada, where and how you can manufacture it.

The government ruins everything, hemp is by far a superior material compared to many others.

Legalizing marijuana is one of the easiest and quickest ways to boost the economy and lower crime rates in many cities. Not forgetting wasting Police man power and our tax money hunting down and seizing such small amounts of weed. Its ridiculous.. much worse in the US.. but still bad here.

It is a good point, some people do function on it and others do not, some people also handle alcohol better than others as well, tolerance does make a difference in some, but genetics play a big part as well.

Housing inmates in the US who are in on pot related charges is over 1 billion a year. A lot of these people are guilty of nothing more than possession while being black. Studies have shown up to 1/8 of prisoners are incarcerated on pot related charges.
