Housing inmates in the US who are in on pot related charges is over 1 billion a year. A lot of these people are guilty of nothing more than possession while being black. Studies have shown up to 1/8 of prisoners are incarcerated on pot related charges. - abware
So don't smoke weed and don't go to jail for it....or make everything legal and we get rid of crime. Kinda like how the canadian government lowered the rate of poverty years ago....they just decreased the the amount of average yearly income to be considered at the poverty level. great fix.

Oh that's rich, lower crime rates by making something legal. Yeah lets make the legal limit to drive drunk 0.15, that will make for less crime and manpower having checkstops, lets make cocaine legal, then people wouldn't get busted with small amounts and if it is not a crime to possess and sell, viola, lowered crime rate. More so petty crimes.
Making things illegal and creating prohibitions is what creates crime... Al Capone and the mob were literally created during the prohibition of the 20s/30s in the US. They went from having over 8000 legal public houses... to over 30000 illegal public houses. All making something illegal does is give power to those who don't follow the law... how many people do you know smoke marijuana now even though its illegal? Its the same argument for guns.. there has been so much research done on the matter and had concluded that from surveys in US prisons, over 99 percent of prison inmates said they have used illegal firearms because they don't care what the law tells them.
I have never touched marijuana in my life.. nor do I plan on it. I don't need the government to tell me not to do something... the government is calling you stupid when they try and control things like drugs. If heroine was made legal tomorrow.. would you start using it?? No.. I bet no one on here would.
Who knows if he can coach? Lindy Ruff would be okay, Torts too (if he gets poopcanned this summer). But I agree with Mac T. It's the players themselves.They don't need a coach to yell at them,they need a player in the locker room to grab testicles and squeeze when someone lets the team down.
