how do you guys think you will do in the playoffs do you play the goons or roll three lines or scratch them for call ups just looking for some of your opinions i love rough hockey but is there a part for orr and mclaren to play in a play off run our goons didnt see a game of playoffs last year i am just wondering if you guys think they should play and if so do you worry about guys not engaging them like the caps game when erskin didnt it caused you guus to take penalties thoughts? sorry about the run on and what not lol

I think it depends on the opponent and circumstances. I think the last week showed the Leafs have to be a little smarter and pick their spots better. Erskine was smart to skate away under the circumstances.

yea orr has been known as one of the toughest in the league for a while now and mclaren is making a bame for himself in the heavyweight division dont think erskin would of had a good time with either not that je was afraid but you know also how effective are those to outside of those shinanagans are the reliable enough to keep in

The Leafs had momentum against the Isles but lost it after Orr and McLaren fought Boulton and some other dude. The Leafs tough guys will have to try to contribute a little more in the playoffs aside from fighting. They're decent on the forecheck.

JVR - Bozak - Kessel
Lupul - Kadri - MacArthur
Komorov- Grabovski - Kulemin
Frattin - McClement - Orr

Phaneuf - Gunnarsson
Fraser - Franson
Liles - O'Byrne

Between Orr,Fraser and O'Byrne we can handle the actual fighting, most playoff games just involve scrumming - which anyone can handle.
