And the worst part of this is...our other goalie is currently hurt and playing with a bionic hip that is fragile to say the least.

I tell you we don,t want home ice advantage , all year long the Hawks have played a more complete game on the road. I think we will be riding Razor in the hunt though

I really have no faith in Crawford in the playoffs. All they need is a goalie to make the saves he should make and not let in a bunch of soft ones. Crawford is a mental midget

Crawford routinely VIOLATES the NUMBER 1 RULE of goaltending:

NEVER MAKE THE FIRST MOVE.

By falling to his knees and staying there for exasperatingly long moments...he should be on the TOP TEN OR THREE MOST WANTED list for extremely negligent goaltending.

And before anyone cites his win/loss record or G.A.A....let me know how many playoff series' he has won too.

a horrible bounce and bad turnover find the net...sick and tired of the crawford bashing

If the Hawks get the goaltending in the playoffs, that they've gotten these last two nights from Crawford, they are going to have a real problem. I've seriously lost count how many times he's given up goals like that. You just score - on the power play no less - you have all the momentum going your way and you give up a goal on a hundred foot bouncer. He looked very shaky last night and not much better tonight. If this team gets the power play going, that somewhat negates teams feeling like they can take liberties with us; however, giving up soft goals like that is going to be very, very hard to overcome in a tightly fought series.

And I'm tired of people making excuses for this guy every time he gives up a bad goal. It's just ridiculous. He has played very well for the most part this season, but until he stops giving up the soft goals at the worst times, people are going to have little confidence in him. I respect your opinion, but come on. That first goal absolutely cannot go in.

I understand your point, but I think some (including me) are suffering from some PTSD in this area. Bad ones bring back some baaaaaaad memories.
