Look at the replays- there is a close one and Nielson was already against the boards.
Okposo acted like a coward IMO disagree all you like.
The officiating was brutal and I cited examples from one perspective. However I read many yesterday that were complaining about what the Jets got away with too. It didn't decide the game though.
The Isles won and they did it well with intensity and good play. But to ignore some other things is to be obtuse too.

not sure what you were watching. I saw KO and Bogosian go behind the net after the puck and both tried to take a shot at each other, Bogo took the worst of it. Too bad.
Bogosian went up high forearm to the back of Nielson's neck, which could have resulted in an injury far worse and the officials prevented Okposo from getting to Bogosian.
LV's interference penalty was a penalty, but where was the boarding call on Tangradi for the full on shot in the numbers to Hickey just as the whistle sounded?
To call sour grapes on the officials when they were the only reason the Jets got a point is laughable. To complain about a penalty with 1.7 seconds left on the clock in OT is also a joke when the only player at risk of injury was our goaltender.
If you want to be able to write a blog and be objective that's one thing, but this is far slanted to one side and almost infantile at times. Grow up Peter.
Your team played a good game, got a break in the last two minutes, scored to get a point and lost in a skills competition. Instead of crying about it, you should be overjoyed the refs gave you a chance to get within a coin flip of 2 points when the reality is that they should have left the rink with a regulation loss.
