there'sa lot of budding talent on this team. they're going to need some time, and obviously some d, and a change of philosophy in how they play if they want to climb back into the playoff picture next year.

this season was a wash and virtually everything they could have gone wrong, did...mostly with injuries (insane how many long term injuries occurred), and the majority of the team underperforming/taking a step back. the only solace i take is that it's a half season and we'll get a quality prospect in the draft.

i'm encouraged by the play of mason. think he'll help stabilize the net. get healthy. get some new bodies. regroup. start again. i don't think they're that far off.

He has played very well. Very small sample size, but the quickness has been evident. He moves well laterally for a big man. I hope there's truth in the stories that hes working extra hard with Jeff Reese.

he's played very well. given them a chance to win in every game. very encouraging. given their situation, there's no pressure. relax, but play hard/focused. hopefully he'll get back on track here. if he does, i can just get a Mason nameplate and put it over Bob's.

I dunno man I like bryz a lot and think he's a good goalie... I think mason is at least the same if not better..for some reason the team plays way better in front of mason... I don't think they give two poops when playing in front of bryZ

Good game by the crew tonight. Outside of the one real big blunder by Manning, that D makes me smile. Somehow finding a way, and Luke Schenn has been rock solid.
