well ya... my point was the fact they already asked Bud to come on board means it's their idea they are thinking about.

Its not their idea. They asked them to come on board for the name. There is no copyright infringement.

Dozzer took a lot of the fun out of the early going

I toured in many many bands.. before i quit.. some of my friends ended up in Bon Jovi, Triumph, Frozen Ghost and playing with Steve Vai.. and many others... so definitely down with music instruction.. music is all about patience unless you have perfect pitch like some of my friends.. who can play any instrument...
