I believe there is some kind of handshake agreement, that CBC gets dibs on all Canadian teams they want, and they'll let TSN have the rest, but that could be wrong.

Edit: Apparently CBC has the rights for all Saturday games involving canadian teams. Not sure this applies in the playoffs.

That is probably it, cause I only remember 1 series that had a Canadian team in it not be CBC and the was Caps/Habs a few years back.

But I imagine that they would pick the Leafs series and Nucks series first.
