From @TSNResearch: Habs and Sens played in playoffs 1919, 1923, 1924 and 1927. The dormant rivalry is alive once again.

Not a big Bruins fan overall here!!! GO NUC- oh wait
- Not_Yan

As much as I hate the Bruins... I had to cheer for them to beat the Canucks.

Let's face it, there will be nothing worse for the normal, non-Canuck hockey fans than if those idiots get a championship to crow about.

The Luongo trade suggestions alone, whether he plays or not, will drive most of us into therapy.

Problem is he's a dman and he doesn't seem to be all that good defensively.

Anyone saw Nail Yakupov steal the Calder Trophy saturday night?
- Pecafan Fan

not sure. it depends if voters take the same mentality they do with the Hart and prefer giving it to a player who helped his team achieve something. though usually the Calder is based on stats and nothing more. in which case Yakupov probably gets it.

I wonder how DoctorNHL is coping with the situation.

Dr. Recchi is helping him through it.

Yakupov and Hall are "hell on skates". 3 mediocre Oiler players are all worth mid-first round picks.

The Oilers blogger hit a new low last week. He is now eligible to be a Sabres blogger.

I'm actually excited to see the hockey in the East.
Caps-Rags - 2 teams playing their best right now
Isles - Pens - young Isles team looking to gain experience going forward
Leafs- Bruins - physical
Habs - Sens - Fast

Most Leafs fans have been terrified that our GM will obtain Luongo. I wouldn't even pick him up on waivers.

Price + Desharnais + 1st for Luongo.

Is it just me, or wouldn't it be sweet to see the Caps annihilate the Rangers.

The best thing about the Caps-Rags, Leafs-Bs is that one of them has to lose.

The view of that hypocrite bunch of Bruins lifting the Cup is 1000 times worse than reading silly Canucks fans on the internet.
