I think that's a real issue. Capuano is not a good coach. I love the way this team has played but I'll say it again I think it's in spite of him. You have to question it when this team comes out flat. If they lose and play like they want to win that's one thing but this is something different. This is the islanders of the last five years and its hard to watch. Hopefully they get it together in the third?

I'm not over the top at all. What we are seeing now is the Islanders. It's the real team that we saw the first half of the season and the last 4 seasons. It's likely that we'll continue to see it after this year as well.

It's great that they made the playoffs and I'm happy about that. But expecting anything more than we saw in the last 2 appearances is not realistic. Maybe I'm wrong. I hope I am.

Yeah they are. You just have to wonder what's going on with the mental make up? This team wanted to win for the last month, doesn't look that way anymore. If we win this game they should shake Miller's hand on their way off the ice. They couldn't do jack shat this whole game and didn't look like they cared in the process. Nothing more disheartening then watch the team you're a fan of play like this.
