I wonder if that would spark a fall for Nishuskin? No way Nurse makes it past the Oilers. - hereticpride
Should Nishuskin it will likely be because he has 2 more years remaining on his KHL contract. |

Top 3 teams are happy teams tonight the rest well that's when the fun begins - ob18
Assuming Jones, MacKinnon, and Drouin go 1-3 in some order and Barkov and Nichushkin follow shortly thereafter, that leaves 5 picks before ours. So we're looking at least one of Monahan, Ristolainen, Pulock, Nurse, Lindholm, Zadorov being there, not to mention many other prospects that will be in the discussion. It's definitely a good draft to be picking where we are
Edit: of course, this assumes Nichushkin doesn't plummet due to KHL concerns |

I'm gonna say Monahan & Ristolainen aren't reaching the Flyers |

I'm not that concerned about Nurse. He'd be nice at 11, but I expect he's the second defenseman off the board. |

When they are that hot they are allowed to be dumb |

I'm gonna take a wild guess we'll be choosing between Domi and Pulock. |

I think it may end up being Pulock or Zadorov.

Miller and vanek both want out. They don't want to go thru rebuild. Everyone knows this. No one is going to give the farm away. They will be gone In the off season. Millers condo is for sale already. Read and coburn more than fair. Buffalo needs top 4 dman and scoring winger. And not to mention this is the same g.m. That traded hasek for kozlov. - SMS4016
I won't pretend to know what Miller and Vanek want. You can do that if you choose to. No way Buffalo trades Vanek for Read and Coburn. That's just common sense. No inside info needed on what players want, to come to that conclusion. |

Add in Nikita Zadorov, Hunter Shinkaruk, & I'd even say perhaps a recent favorite of mine Bo Horvat becomes an option (this would be an "off the board" move)
Hell even a Robert Hagg isn't out of the question |

Unfortunately I agree. Had they been at 8, they had a good shot. But at 11, it would take a miracle. If Nichushkin somehow fell to 11 due to KHL concerns (as of now, if he drops, I don't see him making it to us), would you run up to the podium or think twice? Obviously, I can't tell you who else is on the board at the time. |

There are many I wouldn't mind seeing the Flyers draft but to pick just one for two I can't do. |

Mantha, Morrissey, Erne will all likely be in play at that point, too |
