I'm guessing EJ just became trade bait. If Avs select Jones, means they believe he will be a #1 D. Either they just plan on EJ being second pairing down the road, or trade him asap while he is still thought to have potential.

Thoughts on a Yandle for EJ swap? Seems like it would benefit both teams, though I'm guessing Phoenix would want some value added. Would balance out both teams top pairings for years, and give Seth Jones a young veteran partner from the start of his career.

I actually hate out jersey too, the apron stripes anyway the colors are fine.

Can't say that since they never played an NHL game. No pick is a 100% lock. Jones on the other hand is the closest thing to a lock.

I would take the risk, he could very well be the best player in the entire draft. However I also really like nurse. Just depends on the team and the needs honestly. Sooooo many good players in top 15
