you guys got a quality win tonight. well deserved and earned. in 2010, we split the series with Ottawa in games 1 and 2 in Pittsburgh. we went to Ottawa and crushed them in both games.

Meh, our home record was awful through the first half of the season but got a lot better as the crowds increased. Playoff atmospheres are totally different so I wouldn't claim victory yet.

I was losing my (frank)ing mind in the first period, almost had to replace my remote. What a game. Okposo, what a game. That's coming from one of his biggest critics. Guy absolutely turned that game around. Incredible. Game on Sunday should be insane.

I'm watching Boomer and Carton right now...Boomer is livid about the no goal in the Ranger game last night. Carton just busting his chops about it. So funny how Carton gets under his skin. You know the Isles banner behind Carton pisses off Boomer so much.

I thought that bailey played great with JT. Ullstrome played good. Okposo played like a leader. Harmonic played like a leader also. Moulson still not at playing that great. Thinking maybe playing with an injury.

Holtby's ass was in the net, no doubt. if the call on the ice was a good goal then I guarantee you then the call would have stood after review because there was no conclusive evidence that the puck was NOT in the net. It all came down to the call on the ice. The puck could have been in Holtbys glove 6 inches into the net, or it could have been sandwiched between the post and Holtby's right asscheak. Moot point now but the Ref was the one who ultimately had the call on what was going to happen with that shot.
I told a few of my Ranger fan buddies that if you guys can contain Ovie and Backstrom and Lundqvist plays his game, the Rangers will be fine in this series. Unfortunately for the Isles, they have a lot more to contain that just 2 guys. I personally think the Rangers series is their to lose.

As difficult as it is to win game 1 in their building, I hope the situation will be the same for game 3 in the Coliseum. It will be bedlam in there for the Pens...hopefully
