Question...if an oposing player is in the paint when another player scores, does it still count? Could have sworn there was at least one LA player in the paint when the puck went in. Other than that, good goal.
Still don't see the Blues panicking like years past. Plenty of time left. Deep breaths. One with the universe. |

Everyone thinks whom ever wins this series is gonna limp into the next round. I think which ever team wins is gonna be fine. No other team in the playoffs in the West plays defense the way these two teams do. - poisondhearts37
I thought that too, but after seeing a period and a half of this series, I feel sorry for the team that faces the winner of this series. |

That was the Patrik Berglund we wanted to see more than about 9 games this season. |

Yep, still counts. The "in the crease rule" went off the books moments before Brett Hull scored in Game 6 of the 1999 Finals. |

Just as long as a player isnt holding up the goalie there is no problem. |

Missed chances tonight: Backes, Berglund, McDonald, Steen. Backes was probably working on pinging it off the post, and arguably Berglund was in too close - but between McDonald and Steen, we should have a goal. |

Just curious: do Kings fans have a drinking game every time some version of "Muzzin gets hit" is spoken during the game? |

End of 2. In some ways, the Blues are lucky to only be down 1-0 ... but they could easily be up 2-1 right now. Kings definitely controlled the play more that period. Oshie has flat looked like crap tonight; he didn't look great in the first 2 games, but tonight is one of the few nights you can ask, "what the (frank) is he doing out there?"
Completely unrelated, but NWIH do I consider switching to Geico as long as they continue to run stupid commercials like the "Lord Stanley" one that just ran. |

We are drinking just before his touches the puck. |

Our drinking game is whenever Perron takes a penalty in the offensive zone or when he tries to "make his move" vs. passes. |

Maybe it should be changed to every time Doughy embellishes. Yikes.

5-on-3 as Oshie now goes to the box for delay of game after his clearing attempt tags the camera on the glass.
I have no idea why the hell the Kings were passing that around looking for some perfect shot with the 2-man advantage - but I'm not going to complain. |

He may have got his visor, but the comically late reaction was Canuck-esque.

This has the feel of a game where the Blues finally score to tie it up 1-1 and we go to OT ... and they play a lot of OT. |

Doesnt matter what he got. Its a high stick. Looks worse in slow mo. In real time almost didnt notice. But you gotta sell it. Esp in the playoffs. Blues will do it to when the time comes. |

Doughty and Perron both to the penalty box, with Doughty getting a double minor. If he had just left Perron alone, that would be a 2-minute PP for the Kings. |

Blues getting a PP is redic. Perron and DD going to the box is fine. They screwed the pooch on this one. |

This may be a nearly 12-minute onslaught by the Blues. The way Quick is playing right now, it may not matter. |

I won't disagree; Doughty was giving him the business enough that it was certainly 2. The only thing I can think is that the referee told him to stop, and he kept swinging away - and that drew the extra 2. |
