So is tonight the night where we get more than three goals scored in a game?

Unfortunately, I have a game tonight so I get to miss the first two and a half periods....wonder if it still will be a one goal game by the time I get to tune in.

"Oh, poop. Where'd my contact go?"

"Might as well lay here like this, the Blues can't put one on net anyway."
"Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!"
"My nipples are hard as rocks right now."

Tank in for Cracknell? Really, separate one of our better lines and put a player on a line that is setting him up to fail......while giving certain guys who have been subpar and getting pushed around a pass on our other three lines.

I bet this means even fewer minutes for Reaves and Porter or that someone else is banged up more than we know.

One of the stats of the series so far...

"The Blues had 16 missed shots in Game 3, according to the official stats. They lead the NHL with 52 misses in the playoffs."

He will slide up and take someones place in the top 6. This brings a hungry guy in and forces the top guys to produce. Win in my book.

Given how Hitch shuts the fourth line down for long stretches, you might as well have another top 3 line available. I just wish he gave the fourth line a few more shifts like maybe a couple in the third period the other night. Their hitting on the LA d-men can definitely have an impact even if they don't score. Of course, they were the only minus line on the night..

I don't see how giving Tarasenko an opportunity to play is a bad thing. The Blues need another guy who can put pucks in the net. Tarasenko had slowed quite a bit since his injury, but he is dangerous in the offensive zone. And I believe that if he is getting some of these glorious chances that the Blues have been getting, that he will not miss the net.

If it means sitting Cracknell, I am all for it. I like Cracknell a lot, but if that is who Hitch wants to sit, so be it.

I agree he should be in the lineup. I was just thinking that there are others I would sit before Cracknell. I realize it is likely a veteran vs rookie type thing but we have had a few ineffective veterans in the lineup and even a couple whose health i am questioning a bit (like Jackman looked a few years ago before it came out later that he was playing hurt)
