This is what I'm saying about this team, the whole year- they are on the cusp of being a really good team, but the defense needs to be improved. I don't want to hear about who is under contract next year. We need bigger, stronger, better players on the back end, and a younger goalie, period. We need to move some of our offensive players to make that happen.

We also need a coach who makes them play defense first, block every shot, be patient, and wait for the other team to make mistakes. They did a great job in the first period, but then they get impatient. They have to learn to have that patience the whole game.

If goals like that get past Nabby the Isles can't take this series. He has to be better.

I think while they played defensively responsible in the first period, it lowered their intensity. This team is most effective when they're aggressive to the puck
