Is it wrong that I hate that Penner won the series.....the guy who missed games because he injured himself eating pancakes.... |

Great series guys. Really. Pushed us to the limit. Nothing to be ashamed of. - Deadmau55
LA vs. chicago would be epic. a team more based on skill in chicago and a team that most think are the way teams in the new nhl should be built in LA |

Blues are freakin scary. Everytime we touch the puck there are Blues all over our guys. Blues sticks are touching about every pass we make. You guys played hard thats for sure. Bright future ahead for you guys. Blues are gonna continue to improve. See ya next year. Hopefully not in the first round again. - poisondhearts37
Playoff format change makes that unlikely. Thank goodness.
Like I said the other night. I just can't loathe the Kings. They are too similar in too many ways. I have respect for too many in their organization. Kudos to them. See them in the WCF next year, lol.
We are just a few pieces short and a few years behind in our learning curve. This series should be a good stepping stone for the future for us but time will tell. |

Great series! These 1 goal games have done a number on my blood pressure. I think the Blues are very close but I think they're missing a pure scorer Carter-type, or at least more consistency from their goal scorers. Very similar to the Kings of the 2 years before our Cup. Good luck next season, I'm looking forward to another series with the Blues next year! |

So it appears I will be avoiding the asylum (stl forum) for a while. The Elliott bashers and doomsday people are out in full effect. |

Wow just wow... no way in hell the kings deserved that win. This series was all about luck and the kings have more of it. They better hope it lasts because I dont think other teams will miss the net that much. |

I've got money on an 8-2 Blues win, as they finally figure out how to score - but blow their allotment for goals scored for the rest of the series instead of saving a few for Monday night. - Chip McCleary
Would you settle for 2-1 loss instead?
Seriously though- thanks for the fun, guys, see you next season. |

Kings earned it, you can't say they didn't deserve it. Both teams played very well in these series, Kings did what they had to do. 4 wins in a row after being down 2-0, LA very much so deserved to advance. |
