The 2 best teams or the 2 that should be the best, Boston & Pittsburgh both look vulnerable, so I would say I would bet on a team from the West winning the cup. |

Proof that Adamantium actually isn't just in the comics. Though why they would waste it on a chair is beyond me. |

Is it true that in Tavares's NHL draft year, that the Leafs could have gotten that Isles 1st pick but the former Leaf GM we had b4 Nonis wouldn't include Schenn in any deal with the Isles? |

Al Secord, amazing awesome player with the Hawks, but a bum as a Leaf. He ounched out Leeman for sleeping with Iafrate's wife. When asked by the media why Leeman had a swollen eye, he said he was bouncing his nephew on his knees & the kid's head hit his eye. Nice try Gary. |

Guess I have to be careful what I say about the former Leaf GM or else I might get sued too, all I'll say is that, for him being so stupid, he deserves to be burned in efigy. |

Shocking, coming from a flyers fan. EK will take any opportunity to take a shot at the pens.
Any team can win. One could argue that is better to be challenged in the first round rather than coast through the round against a horrible team and then sit for a week. - mw630
That's ridiculous! For years Ek has more than given the Pens their due. Why are Pens fans so concerned about what the pundits think (who mostly pick them to win the cup every year anyway)? If others can't share your love for your team, who cares? |

I'll always have respect for Gary Leeman. When I was a youngin' he was the only player to ever send me back a card signed. He even wrote the envelope out himself. Still have the card. |

You'd pick Corey Crawford and Ray Emery over the Penguins offense? That's laughable. No Western team has had to deal with Malkin-Crosby this year. The best tandem in the West is Kane-Toews, so Chicago hasn't even come close to playing anyone with Pittsburgh's talent. With consistent goaltending the Pens will roll over anyone. - trolleytracks
Have you seen how well the Pens and their goaltending have been doing this playoffs ? They might not make it out of the 1st round let alone get to the Cup finals. I kno Crosby and Malkin are the NHL's golden tandem but their defdnse sucks and Hawks would take the series in 6. |

No. The teams in the West, outside of Minny are much better than the Eastern teams this year. The only team I see having a chance in the East is Boston, but I am not sure they could beat Chicago, LA, SJ or Anaheim in a 7 game series. |

Great line in 1989, with Olczyk, Leeman & Osborne. Leeman became only the 2nd Leaf ever to score 50. Great Leaf team in 1989, so many had career years, the above mentioned aswell as Damphousse had 99 points. Too bad that team had Allan 5 Hole Bester in net. |

Pens won't get past the Bruins in my opinion. That's who is coming out of the East. That Pens defense is bad. |

Bruins look tired, they seem to be running out of gas in game 4 & were lucky to win that game. Leafs were the best team in game 5. Regardless if the B's eliminate the Leafs, the B's are not at their best. I dunno, botb Pens & B's look vulnerable. I would take the B's over the Pens for only 1 reason, Rask is playing more consistent than Fluery. |

Chicago has way better team speed than the Pens and their defense is far superior. Your Sens will take out the Pens if the Isles don,t. Not impressed with Pittsburgh at all...Hawks - Sens final |

They're not going to "roll over" anyone. Obviously you haven't actually watched Corey Crawford this year or in the first series.
The Pens' goaltending and defense have been pretty suspect. They had tough time even beating the Islanders.
I'm not saying they can't pick it up and get on a roll but Malkin-Crosby does not guarantee jack poop. |
