Interesting you think Edler will go. Do you believe Garrison takes on more responsiblity in that scenerio? Personally, I like Laughton, so I would be hesitant to move him. Outside of G, Voracek, and Coots, I'm game to move forwards off the big club.

To me, Pulock has 1st-unit power play QB upside and is not a bad defensive player although perhaps not projecting right now as a future NHL shutdown guy (mostly because he only switched from forward a couple years ago). Pulock's shot is so good that he could be on NHL power play right now.

Zadorov is a good - not great -- junior level defender about whom it is hoped he can become an NHL shutdown buy based on his size and tools. In somewhat similar fashion, the offensive upside is strictly speculative based on his natural tools.

I'd rather draft Morin in round 2 (if he's available) than Zadorov at #11.

i'd be interested in a dman that can contribute on offense when he can't keep the puck out of the net and keep the puck out of the net when he can't score (lets face it everyone has their ups and downs no player is perfect)

Okay, haven't had a chance to see many Canucks games this year. Is this the year Luongo gets bought out? I just don't see anybody taking that contract.

In your earlier trade proposal involving Simmonds, I would think he would be an effective guy with the Sedins. A forward who can get dirty in the corners and get to the front of the net.

I think they need an identity change. Personally, I think Edler must be moved, as bad as it will look to trade a guy that just got signed to an extension. Edler can be a franchise d-man for you guys. Both teams need help, and Vancouver is loaded with d-men.

I'd be interested in getting Philly's first (so we can take Bo), and Simmonds. Add Hansen for Scott Laughton.. and i'm happy. Fixes things for both teams
