It is all about the market though and Kessel has the Leafs over a barrel. They will not get full value in return in a trade, and you can't find that quality of player as a UFA anymore.

Yes about 20-30 minute drive before the big bridge thing depending how fast you're driving. Balls Falls would be the exit after the beached pirate ship if you're driving from the U.S.
