I really find the atmosphere that Carlyle seems to be creating excellent. It doesn't matter which guy it is.. most senior, Phaneuf, Lupul or the most junior.. . coaches actually positively involved with the players... nobody angry... communications.. excellent.. to say that didn't happen under WIlson - gross understatement...
