We've been blowing leads all season.

Maybe this is the giant, dramatic kick in the balls we need to correct that problem.

They are the youngest team in the NHL, they won way more then they lost and they pushed them best teams in the East all season, they only correction needed is some media's opinions, the haters, and actually getting some Refs that can call a fair game.

I saw bloody faces across Leaf bench.. very few were penalized for those faces on dirty plays.

I do feel for ya guys... never a good way to lose. And I do believe its all apart of the learning process.. its definitely a hard pill to swallow!

It's part of hockey, giant kick to the balls. Vancouver loses a Game 7 SCF on home ice...Toronto give up two goals with the goalie pulled after 9 years out of the playoffs to blow an upset...Boston blows a 3-0 series....we all suffer for this game, cause we're sick like that lol

Leafs made it further than any of us expected. Beginning of the season it was a top-5 pick expectation. Half way through, they were probably gonna implode and miss the playoffs. Once the playoffs started, 5 games was optimistic.


They've surpassed ALL expectations this year.

Terrific series boys ... no shame in losing like that. Leafs deserved a better fate, played man-up hockey, and fought like a bastard.

there's very few things you can do to disappoint your fanbase more than missing the playoffs for 9 years, and blowing a lead like that just may be one of them.
