Much better 3rd. Not nearly as sloppy.
Neal is a joke. Always looking for a smaller guy.

would say Neal is better... minus dumb penalties - lloyd095
yea but they are very similar unfortunately. Moulson is just too slow, but I like his goal scoring in the dirty areas |

I definitely think we are better than the Rangers minus the goaltending. Bruins are the team to beat, but I don't think they will be able to match the Pens in scoring. - mighty13duck
rangers have the isles in goal, on defense, and in physicality. isles are faster, but i think the rangers have more depth up front.
i think the problem boston would have with pitt is the same as what ott will have with them....on specialty teams. i think boston's PP is even worse then ottawa, and their PK is about the same. that being said, they'd give pitt a hard time. |

And the Vokoun project continues to work nice game in the 3rd |

Solid win... Like I said this just feels like a better matchup and I think Anderson is a bit overrated!!! |

So, you are handing the series to us already? I disagree with you on the Rags have more depth up front. |

come on man, it's one game. crosby was invisible, should we start thinking he's a little overrated. |

The Isle played the perfect system against the Pens. You guys were all over Cappy, but the Pens historically have been very bad when teams give them a hard time in the neutral zone and the Isle were masterful at playing that system. Much credit to them.
Ott let the Pens get through with very little resistance tonight. If that continues it could be a very short series. |

Pretty good job for being invisible and he easily could have scored twice. Anderson isn't overrated by any means. Very good goalie. He just has to remember ... he isn't facing Montreal now. |

not at all. however, if ottawa can't stay out of the box, they're in big trouble. if they can minimize their penalties, play a little more disciplined, then this will be a good series. |

pen's problem with the rangers is hank. nothing else about that team scares me.
it's that simple. I do expect the bruins to win the series though. we cant worry about that series right now. lets worry about ours. |

Cappy doesn't teach them how to play defense, I think that's why many dislike him. I admit, he is starting to grow on me. It seems the players respect him. |

I dont agree with the Anderson comment, but Crosby was far from invisible. No points doesn't equal invisible |

Bud I was basing that on us playing each other and not this game. As for Crosby he was getting tackled and redirected a pass. I seen him hitting players. I thought he was decent.
Edit - I think he's good but not great. Ryan Miller is another one who everyone else says is very good but against us about par. No offence meant |

Ottawa will make some adjustments no doubt. We have some things to work on as well. I don't like getting outshot by Ottawa to be honest.

come on dude, turn on your sarcasm detector......i would never claim crosby is overrated. was just saying that the goalie who just set a modern day record for sv% probably shouldn't be called overrated based on 1 game (where really, only 1 goal was a "bad goal") |
