I recognize that exact store...

It's on the southwest corner of Danforth and Greenwood.

I have a drinking problem.

I have been thinking about something positive.

Now with JVR getting minutes in Toronto and having a bigger role... If he blossoms into a guy that will consistently put up at least 30g and/or 80 pts per season... Being locked up at four and a quarter for the next ½ decade could be the steal of the century.

You agree?

I was thinking same thing... between JvR and Lupul, who's only slightly more expensive that's good skill and good leadership... and they both seem really committed... JvR surprised me in a really positive way during the Bruins series...

Don't worry. Don't be embarrassed to agree with me. I don't think the great Howrad will look down on you for it.

I don't think he's that immature.

I mean the guy's not 12... he's in his 44th year FFS.

agreed, poor management of the NHL is what makes it an embarassment to the sport.

Spotty suspensions, the NHL owning the Phoenix Coyotes for over 2 years (how that isn't a conflict of interest when a governing body has ownership of the team, i don't know)

- Nastradamus

I get what your saying overall...however conflict of interest really isn't there... for another BAD reason... that the shots are really all called by a small subset of the owners, Jacobs in Boston, Chicago ownership, Philly ownership.. all have a proportionately too large voice and influence.

That's still a high number Bob. Anything over 60 these days, seems to be pretty impressive for those not named Stamkos, Crosby, Malkin, Ovechkin, etc.

Jays on a 4 game winning streak...

The April/½ of May slump was all an elaborate ruse.

Briere?
- Flyfreaky

ahhh.. no.

much like the self-imposed cap situation in Vancouver by GM genius Mike Gillis, Toronto is not "helping" Vancouver out of CAP jail and paying them for it.
Philly has signed some hefty contracts and managed to escaped relatively unscathed. But Briere at that ticket price... no thanks.

Besides, he be a better fit in Montreal.

Given that we're paying three-quarters of a Grabovski and receiving 150% of a Grabovski (non-playoff mode), I think its a good deal.

THANK YOU SCHE-ENNN clap clap clap-clap-clap!
