This coming from the team that pretty much erect single hockey fan in the told calls Crosby and the Pens the biggest cry baby team in he league.

When Pitt isn't crying they are complaining to the refs, it's unbelievable. They should just shut up and play

Because you never see any other teams's players talking to refs.

If it was a fact there wouldn't be the need for a poll of people's opinion

wow, must have missed the NHL polling players for "Whiniest team" and "whiniest player". If you're going to post that something is "fact", then back it up with actual data. Until then, it will always be the whining of a jealous fan.

Who is this Giroux you speak of and are you certain he is part of the Senators organization?

Yeah, that made no sense...

It does when TheRat is actually a Flyers fan, but has changed his favorite team on his avatar to whoever the Pens are playing. He was an Isles' fan last series, and now is a Sens' fan

I'm currently conducting a poll of fans to find this whiniest team and players winner. To remain impartial, it will be conducted in multiple markets. After Ottawa, we move on the Philadelphia to ask fans this question.

I'll have the results for you by game 4

Jealous? Ottawa is going to beat Pitt and when we do, you'll be right behind your Captain complaining about something!

Oh you mean this Giroux?

I think Tarentino used him in his "Inglorious Basterds" movie as the inspiration for the "Giroux Bear".

Does anybody find it funny and ironic when people whine and cry about the Penguins and Crosby whining and crying? Plus, i always laugh when Crosby gets acccused of whining when people see him talking to a ref. Isn't a team's captain's job to talk to the refs about anything going on in a game?

So you are saying Claude Giroux frequents the Penguins blog and uses the name "numbnut" when he posts here?

If Pittsburgh was going to play a defensive power play like it did at the end of regulation and NOT go for the certain game winner (showed no effort to do so), then you had the wrong guys out there. Sutter, Morrow, Cooke, Adams, Dupes are the guys to have on the ice, if that is/was your plan. Hopefully our head coach learned some common sense from last night's gaffe. I can't believe fans can see the light, but the head coach can't.

Nah, I figured his golf score would be posted on Flyer boards for their fans, like you, to see if he is improving on the links.

Hands down Crybaby wins the whiniest player. He taught all his fellow players how to drop to the ice when contact is made. Never saw a 240 lb player like Malkin fall to the ground so easily. Neal has learned well too. Even saw Iginla do it at one point. They all do it.

The funny thing is these Pens fans see it but think they are doing a diservice to their team in some manner by acknowledging it. I mean, I bet you will agree that Callahan has been known to do the same correct? I mean, certainly not as bad as Crosby or Burrows but he does it all the same.

Now, my beloved Sens find such tactics reprehensible and therefore will never stoop to such bush-league tactics.

Hey guys, look......It's the obligatory Rangers' fan in here to whine about the "crybaby" Pens. Don't you have your own series to worry about???

Yup...didn't know that.

Giroux just got finished with the World's...almost as good as the playoffs. Gonna have to check back next week for his golf scores.

I would say every player does it to some extent. But the Pens must teach this as every player seems to flop to the ice. I dont know that Callahan would just flop to the ice. Its comical to watch a Pen get hit up at the chest but their feet fly out flat from under them.
