yea. didn't girgenson also do that this year for buffalo? biggs also could have been playing for the marlies but i guess he needed to develop even more. not to mention with the lockout he would have been playing far down the depth chart and it wouldnt have benefited him

Ya Girgensons was supposed to go to the NCAA but because of his game style and build the Sabres felt he was ready for the pro game. Mixed results on that, but he's a solid player and going to be a good one.
