Yes JJ, once agin it's all CC's fault!!! Give me a break!!! There was no mistakes by any other player all game!!! They win and lose as far as CC goes...
Where are teh forwards to bail him out? He is called upon to bail everyone out, yet no one needs to bail him out!!!
IT'S NOT HIS FAULT! Hockey is team's game, last time I checked! - Nerko77
I think you need to learn how to read: who said it was ALL Crawford's fault? |

Not sure who my big brother is, but the thing that always can be counted on is your acts of douche-baggaery. It's like a broken clock being correct twice a day.

Say what you want about Bickell and Shaw, the game was over when all that went down at the end. At least they have a pulse. |

No sarcasm.....Crawford should lose the net after tonight. Not panicking because Emery is solid and the team does play better in front of him. You don't want the team to be doubting their goal tender when the puck drops on Thursday..... - UnnamedSource
Do you guys really think everyone in the dressing room is ignoring and whispering about CC?
I mean if Emery plays, then they will score goals. Lets go guys. This is insane. If anything they apologize to him again for not scoring.
As far as making a change to get the boys moving and going Emery...that is fine. That is the only move you can make. If Handzuis is not on the ice to take draws or even win any, then for Gods Sake play Ben Smith. |

Milbury just said the goalie interference call was a joke by the way - John Jaeckel
That's because it was. Shaw touched him after the puck was in. Sure he was in the crease but doesn't that happen most goals with traffic in front? |

Dont forget boys , the Hawks hit the post 3 times tonight.
But having a useless power play does matter. the Hawks PP isnt just bad , its ALL TIME TERRIBLE ,
Stop[ commenting how you can win the Cup with an "ok" power play when the POWER PLAY is (frank)inggg terrible.
WHen the Hawks are winning by 1 or tied or losing by 1 the Power play with supposed super stars on it needs to convert. Get one of those fat fers, Bickell ,Seabrook , someone get in front of the net. !!!
Good night boys , series aint over. Hawks hit post , played bad and are only down 2-1 , wont be suprised if the Hawks get eliminated because I personally dont have a lot of faith in the roster but hey I want them to win ! See y'al in about 40 hours... |

If I'm Crawford I'm doubting the guys in front of me... You know... the guys who can't seem to win a face-off, get back on defense or even score a goal or two...
Oh well. What do we have to lose, I guess. Bring in Razor and maybe Toews & Co. will get their mojo back. - CBHawks88
If he doubts the deepest defense in the league then he needs to be pulled. Turnovers happen all the time.....great goalies don't allow teams to capitalize on those turnovers i key situations. Like I said he has moments of greatness.....and moments of not so greatness. Time to put Emery in...you have an incredible back up....time to use him. |

Here's the deal kids........
1) It's an absolute shame that the Shaw goal wasn't.. well.. a goal. That's a goal 99.9% of the time in any NHL game. It completely changed the momentum of the game and possibly the entire series.
2) Crawford continues to do what he does. When his team needs him to play above average goalie he poops the bed. That goal that he gave up simply is unacceptable. It's the very reason why at the beginning of this season I said: The Hawks aren't winning the Cup. Crawford craps the bed when he's needed most.
3) At what point do the Hawks realize: The Red Wings are here to play and you need to match their intensity through a full 60 minutes? Imagine how good this team would be if Toews was playing.. wait....
4) Stating the obvious here - big time win needed in Game 4. |

One could say the Kane goal would never have counted the the hit from behind on Franzen at the other end.
Though call and the posts. It is great when one gets them and it sucks when you don't. - MedicineMan
I usually don't get into discussions after the game but the refs were Gawd awful.... That cross check on Bickell at the end of the game was uncalled for, but if you watch Toews getting cross checked at the exact same time in the back by a Wings defender why does nothing get called?
Wings constantly cross checking Hawks by the net with no call (constantly knocking our players on their knees during the play), but Keith gets called for putting his glove on a guys face??
The check in the back by Hammer is a 50-50 call. You sometimes see it called, in the playoffs, sometimes you don't. If you want to get back at the Hawks call a phantom penalty (which they called multiple against the Hawks after the non-call), but do not take a goal away.....
Regardless, these officials need to be re-evaluated and tested on their knowledge/ability to ref a fair game.

And with the best goalie in the game that year and a team that was one of/if not the most physical in the NHL.

Teams have scored 2 goals with a minute left, Bickell ended the game early. Save it for the end of the game, or when its certainly over. I think Toews and Sharp showed a ton of heart tonight, just neither buried their grade A opportunities |

What have you seen in the last 2 games that leads you to believe they are capable of winning another game?
Out Muscled.
Out Hustled.
Out Skilled.
Out Coached. - Ogilthorpe2
Maybe you're right. But I love hockey and I love this team--not necessarily this iteration, but the Chicago Blackhawks. Seen plenty of games over the years that made me sick and/or raised my blood pressure.
But--they are still my team. I'm still willing to hope and to believe until it's over for sure.
Then I'll worry about next year. Now is what it is. |

it was a "make-good" call which is one of the ongoing jokes of NHL officiating and league discipline. |

I am with you Philco...a tough 90 seconds...but they came back and then got ripped by a phantom goalie interference call... |
