Man o man are you spot on about the NBC announcers...just horrid.

Last line change means so much in these kind of games. A huge overlooked factor in my opinion was Regehr on Burns. Shutting him down was a major factor in this game.

Can't wait until the Kings play 60 min...NBC sucks in all aspects of News, Sports and probably the weather too.

TJ took another shot at Quick, pretty stupid. He doesn't lead in all categories for nothing. .. then again your coach said that anyone could have played like he did... kings may have some locker room material for Game 6... interesting choices to say the least. 6 is going to be intense.

Best hockey we have played in both series! not a full 60min, but we were solid! The refs have been horrible again! But glad it didn't get worse in the third period. And Demers is a punk and should get a game for that Boarding/Charging/Roughing penalty he took, and we got shut down Burns in Game 6!!! GOKINGSGO

It was really hard to watch the game with their bland announcing and lack of knowledge of the players

Randy Hahn and Drew Remenda are far superior announcers, same for the LA Kings with Hall of Famer Bob Miller and Jim Fox.

The fact that you put Drew "Cry Baby" Remenda into the same sentence as Bob Miller and used the words "superior announcers" is absolutely disgraceful and a complete joke. Drew is one of if not the worst, most bias color commentator in the game today.

Did you listen to these guys?? these guys were having wet dreams over Thornton who was a -2 last night! The Kings were dominating at times and they were showing Thornton's last game over and over. There's an old saying in baseball" what have you done for me lately?

Broadcasting for a national audience, nothing more. They were building up both teams as well they should. Of course we would all rather have our local guys call the games, but oh well.

I think broadcasts should be done by the announcers of 2 teams that are playing in the series. In our case, Randy and Drew do every game in SJ and LA announcers work in Staples Center. It's better for everybody this way. I appreciate the fact that NBC shows every playoff game nationally but when they send those east coast people here who don't watch the west coast teams regularly and therefore don't know them very well... it's just not the right thing to do, IMO. Why not alternate between the announcers of 2 teams playing in the series and do it on national TV?
